Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • When your order is placed, we typically require 1–5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it ships.

  • Fulfillment time does not include shipping transit time — so your total delivery time will be fulfillment time + carrier transit time.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.


Shipping & Transit Times

  • Once an order has been fulfilled (picked, packed, and handed to the carrier), transit time begins based on the shipping option you selected at checkout.

  • Shipping estimates shown at checkout apply after your order leaves our facility.


Freight & Oversized Orders

Certain large or heavy items may require freight shipping (LTL) instead of standard parcel carriers:

  • Any individual product over a certain weight threshold or bulk order may ship via freight.

  • Freight shipments include a freight deposit at checkout; this is a partial charge and not the final freight cost.

  • Once we receive the exact freight quote from the carrier, we will invoice you for any remaining balance before shipping the order.

  • Freight pricing varies depending on accessorial needs (e.g., residential delivery, liftgate service) and may require someone to be present for delivery.


Free Shipping Offers

  • From time to time, Off-Grid AI may run free shipping promotions.

  • Free shipping may be limited to certain order sizes, weights, or delivery zones.

  • Free shipping does not apply to oversized or freight-required orders unless otherwise stated in the promotion.


Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • Unless otherwise noted, we currently ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Transit times and carrier availability may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Carrier Options & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

  • Tracking allows you to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website and know when to expect delivery.


Delays & External Factors

  • Weather events, peak holiday seasons, carrier delays, and unforeseen supply chain issues can affect both fulfillment and delivery times.

  • These situations may extend delivery timelines and are outside our direct control.
