The Off-Grid AI mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Elastic Thoughts, LLC ("Off-Grid AI," "Elastic Thoughts," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility

By enrolling in the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you have authority to enroll it. You may not enroll a mobile number on behalf of any other person without that person's express consent.

Program Description

The Service is a recurring marketing message program. By providing your mobile number and opting in — whether via a web form checkbox, keyword reply, checkout opt-in, or other documented consent mechanism — you agree to these Mobile Terms and consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from and on behalf of Off-Grid AI and Elastic Thoughts to the mobile number you provided. Your consent applies regardless of whether your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry.

Marketing messages may include:

◆ Product launch announcements and availability updates

◆ Expansion Pack releases and pre-order notifications

◆ Promotional offers and limited-time pricing

◆ Cart reminders

Transactional messages related to your orders — including order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications — are sent separately to customers who provide a mobile number at checkout and are not governed by this marketing program. You may receive transactional order messages even if you have not opted into, or have opted out of, this marketing Service.

Consent & Voluntary Participation

You do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchase. Your consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase with Off-Grid AI or Elastic Thoughts. Your participation is completely voluntary.

Fees & Message Frequency

We do not charge for the Service. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers

The Service is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier availability may change without notice.

Opt-Out & Support

◆ To opt out at any time, text STOP to +1 (844) 605-1963 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message.

◆ You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. No further marketing messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-initiate contact.

◆ If you have subscribed to other Elastic Thoughts or Mountain Ready mobile message programs and wish to cancel those, you will need to opt out separately from each program by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

Number Changes

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of material changes. You acknowledge that any messages — including STOP or HELP requests — sent to a number we have changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made to an outdated number.

Your Mobile Number

You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to enroll. If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile number, you agree to notify us promptly and to re-enroll with your new number if you wish to continue receiving messages. You are responsible for any messages or charges that result from your failure to notify us of a number change.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Off-Grid AI and Elastic Thoughts will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Privacy

We respect your right to privacy. We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share such information with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, the SMS delivery platform we use to operate the Service) and as required by law, subpoena, or court order.
