Off-Grid AI ships two types of product: the Core Brain USB device (physical) and Expansion Packs (digital download). Each has its own fulfillment and delivery process. Both are covered below.

Core Brain USB — Order Processing

When your order is placed, we typically require 1–5 business days to process, pack, and hand your order to the carrier before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized federal holidays.

Fulfillment time does not include shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is fulfillment time plus carrier transit time.

Core Brain USB — Shipping & Transit

Once your order leaves our facility, transit time begins based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout apply after the order has shipped — not from the date of purchase.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Use the carrier's tracking page to follow your shipment and confirm expected delivery.

Off-Grid AI currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Core Brain USB — Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier and tracking confirms delivery, responsibility passes to the recipient. Off-Grid AI is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at info@offgridai.io — we will assist where we are able.

Expansion Packs — Digital Delivery

Expansion Packs are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment for Expansion Pack purchases.

◆ Expansion Packs are downloaded directly onto your Off-Grid AI USB device

◆ Download access is typically available immediately after payment is confirmed

◆ No shipping fees apply to Expansion Pack purchases

Expansion Packs are non-refundable once downloaded. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

If you experience a technical issue with your Expansion Pack download or installation, contact us at info@offgridai.io and we will resolve it with a re-delivery or replacement.

Free Shipping

Off-Grid AI may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping applies to standard parcel delivery within the contiguous United States only, and may be limited to certain order sizes or product types. Promotions will specify any applicable restrictions at the time of the offer. Free shipping does not apply to Expansion Pack purchases, which carry no shipping cost regardless.

Delays & External Factors

Weather events, peak shipping seasons, carrier delays, and unforeseen supply chain disruptions can affect both fulfillment and transit times. These situations are outside our direct control and may extend your delivery window. We will communicate any known delays that affect your order.
