Will it run my computer?

A computer answering questions draws tens of watts. Products marked Powers USB-C computers can deliver that over USB-C. A desktop needs AC power with real capacity behind it: look for Powers desktops & laptops. The rest are for phones, radios and lights. They are useful, but they will not keep the computer going.

How long will it last?

That depends on your computer and how you use it. Where we have measured a product on a real computer running Off-Grid AI, the figure and the computer are on that product's page. Where we have not, we do not guess.
