Refund policy
We genuinely hope you’re loving your Off-Grid AI purchase! But if you ever need to return something, here’s how our refunds and returns process works.
General Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item meets our return requirements.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same new, sellable condition as when you received it.

Merchandise returned outside this policy (e.g., outside 30 days or not in sellable condition) may not be accepted.
What You Can Return
Items eligible for returns generally include those that:

Are unused and in original packaging

Have all original accessories, manuals, and parts
Some items may have specific exceptions or restrictions — see below.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following item types cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Certain personal-use items (e.g., PPE or wearable tech) returned without original packaging

Opened consumables or goods not in new condition

Items damaged due to misuse or wear after receipt
Returns That Don’t Meet Requirements
If an item is returned but doesn’t meet our condition requirements — such as missing original packaging or showing signs of use — you may choose:

A partial refund based on condition

Store credit in lieu of a refund

To have the item shipped back to you at your expense
A restocking fee may apply on returns that don’t meet full return criteria.
Return Process (How to Start a Return)

Include your order number, the product you’d like to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

If your return is approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions.

Do not send items back without an RMA — unapproved returns may be rejected or returned to you.

Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely with original packaging.

Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

For higher-value items (e.g., over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery of your return — we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to an OGAI error.
